Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. The Board consists of 9 Village Resident members, 7 full members and 2 alternate members. 2 of the members are liaisons from the Council and the Planning Commission. Alternates fill in for a full member in the event of an absence. The Zoning Board of Appeals is vested with the jurisdiction and authority to hear and decide appeals for a variance.
