Doing Business with the City
The Purchasing Department solicits competitive bids for goods and services for City departments. We invite you to do business with us. We use the MITN Purchasing Group to review current solicitations and respond to solicitations. Registering and navigating in the MITN Purchasing Group works best using Microsoft Edge as the web browser. We use our Vendor Self Service Portal (VSS) for vendors to be paid and allow them to manage contracts and invoices.
