The Royal Oak Township Planning Commission is responsible for reviewing development proposals for commercial, industrial, and residential construction or renovation projects. The Planning Commission is also responsible for updating the Township’s Master Plan and ensuring the township continues to work toward the vision of the Master Plan over time.
