- Short-Term Rentals and ComplaintsThe STR Complaint Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with resolving STR complaints in the City of South Haven. Complaints can be made via phone or online. Click Here to Submit a Complaint Online. The hotline is staffed 24 hours a day by Host Compliance agents. When you file a complaint, the service will contact the Local Agent for the property, who will then have 45 minutes to acknowledge the complaint.
